The position requires the incumbent to manage the entire Rice Mill operations as a profit centre involving the management of day-to-day arrival of raw material, meeting daily production capacity utilization with required quality, supervising daily operations, leading and mentoring production teams, optimizing processes for increased productivity and cost efficiency, monitoring product quality, managing inventory levels, overall maintenance of rice plant including parboiling unit and boiler operations, and ensuring compliances with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prior managerial experience in rice milling having a capacity of 10 MT/hr, quality control, and regulatory compliance are desirable traits.
